Message	but neither is the Laser Veil "paint." The most effective thing they tested was one of the laser jammers which, as I'm sure you know, uses different technology than paint. All I'm saying is that the Laser Veil did not seem effective according to the tests radartest.com did. Also, my passport has saved me more than double it's worth from K and Ka band radar. I've never been hit with laser. From the people (including police in the SF bay area) I've talked to, very few police use laser to issue moving violations, most common is Ka. The passport is very effective against Ka.
